Quail Eggs - English





Quail eggs, which are less allergenic than chicken eggs but are more nutritious, are a popular food item in many countries around the world.



Because of the low prevalence of allergies, it is more advisable in the introduction of food to babies. Therefore, many mothers' diets are supplemented with quail egg recipes to meet the nutritional requirements of young children.

Here are the ages which these eggs can be introduced.

 • 9 months - 1 year - 1 yolk per day

 • Years 1-3 - 1 whole egg per day

 • 3-7 years - 2-3 eggs per day

 • 7 years - 3-5 eggs per day



However, it may be best to introduce for babies after having a 3-day allergy test.

Not only a diet including quail eggs boosts the immunity system but also helps to protect children from infectious diseases. These eggs are rich in protein, vitamins and essential mineral enzymes.  This causes to protect children from deficiency diseases and helps them to grow well.
